Macau was adminstered by Portugal from the century mid-16th and the Chinese goverment assumed formal sovereignty over Macau on 20th November 1999. Therefore, Portuguese food has been around for several centuries and has left a lasting impression on Macau. Visit to Macau cannot be considered complete without trying Macau style Portuguese Cuisine.
Restaurante Dumbo is a restaurant offers Macanese Portuguese food which is located at Taipa, Macau. The restaurant features cozy seating area, it is actually overpriced for the average food.
We ordered a set meal which is enough for 3 of us, including two glasses of Portuguese red wine, two bowls of soup, bread, Portuguese cod fish cakes, Portuguese chicken, grilled pork ribs, fried rice and fruit of the day.
