Mak Man Kee Noodles Shop established 40 years, the restaurant serves various of noodles. It's located same row with Australia Dairy Company, Jordan. I came here for my first lunch in Hong Kong with the Hong Kong style lunch culture of sit down- eat- pay- leave immediately.

Wanton Soup Noodles
Portion is small.
The wantons were hidden under the noodles.
Noodles seem undercooked, a bit tough in texture.

The wantons here are slightly larger than the other restaurants.
The wantons are wrapped in thin wrappers and filled with marinated shrimps.
It's so flavourful, just love it.

Braised Pork Trotters Noodles 
If you are a fan of pork trotters, you simply can't miss it.
This apparently is also a signature dish here.
I'm not a fan of the pork trotters, but the sauce is very nice.
